  • Serkan Bozkurt prepared a Modern Turkish Cuisine concept menu for one week service at fine-dining restaurants on an invitation of RACV club which has gourmet members in Melbourne, Australia on September 2010. 748 guests preferred this menu. In the scope of this activity, National Chef Serkan Bozkurt also gave 2 cooking courses and presented a 5 course fine-dining modern Turkish cuisine menu for a 35 people gourmet group.
