SHORT CHEF TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS

If you are saying that you love kitchen and it is a passion for you, we are bringing you together with the road to basic structure of being a chef and innovation (developing and exploratory). How about adding your own idea to your meal and dessert without sticking to the recipe? 2 week long (8 days – weekdays) basic chef training is waiting for you to gain a professional perspective while learning basic information on kitchen and explain your meals with its grounds. 

The academy provides its practical education in its kitchens with furnace system, latest technical equipment of the world and specially designed U-shaped individual counter and it simultaneously provides theoretical education support. This 8 day long basic chef training program is provided by the academy where Turkey’s first boutique kitchen education is given with the coaching system by expert instructors under the leadership of Chef Serkan Bozkurt.

A chef knife and a cooking apron is given as a gift to students.

Program Duration

The program is given for 4 hours a day, 4 days during the week. In total, it takes 2 weeks (8 days).
