Course Techniques:
In this course, you will learn the anatomy of wheat, flour types, baker percentage, basic bread formula, yeasting, kneading, folding and cooking techniques.
You will learn creating sourdough and chickpea dough, “differences between yeasting and yeast types” and everything about sourdough.
Terms and Conditions:
- During the workshop which will be given as an education at the U-shaped workshop kitchen which has specially designed visual and sound system, you can prepare and eat your meals in your individual chef table in the banquet system.
- Programs are being held with the attendance of minimum 10 participants.
- Workshops are being held in the specially designed kitchens and students work individually.
- Courses are given one-time-only.
