Reserve your spot in this special course where you will experience different international bread types with sourdough which are the most important essentials of dining tables. See you at our educative and entertaining “100% Sourdough Baking Course” which will be given by our expert instructors…

Course Techniques:

In this course, you will learn the anatomy of wheat, flour types, baker percentage, basic bread formula, yeasting, kneading, folding and cooking techniques.

You will learn creating sourdough and chickpea dough, “differences between yeasting and yeast types” and everything about sourdough.

Terms and Conditions:

  • During the workshop which will be given as an education at the U-shaped workshop kitchen which has specially designed visual and sound system, you can prepare and eat your meals in your individual chef table in the banquet system.
  • Programs are being held with the attendance of minimum 10 participants.
  • Workshops are being held in the specially designed kitchens and students work individually.
  • Courses are given one-time-only.
  • In order for you to have your name on the Certificate of Participation, please send your Full Name information to satis@chefstable.com.tr address at least 24 hours before the program.
