Chef & Owner

This program aims to build professional managerial skills on the road to making the business into a brand and it is for the people who would like to become their own business’ chef by gaining international qualities of the kitchen and applying innovation (developmental and exploratory).

This program is a mixture of Professional Chef (with and without internship) education or Professional Pastry & Bakery (with and without internship) education and Food & Beverage Management education.

Students who receive Professional Chef (with and without internship) education or Professional Pastry & Bakery (with and without internship) education in the morning or afternoon during the weekdays are able to join Food and Beverage Management program in the evening.

Students who receive Professional Chef (with and without internship) education or Professional Pastry & Bakery (with and without internship) education on the weekend are able to join Food and Beverage Management program in the evening.

Success comes with the kitchen of the business.

INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL COOK (COMMIS CHEF)

Chef’s Table Culinary Arts Academy provides Professional Cook-Commis Chef Certification of World Association of Chefs' Societies – to its students for the first time in Turkey. is a global network of chefs associations which has more than 10 million members and is accepted as the highest authority in the industry. Almost all of the best chefs of the world have WACS certification.

Professional Cook-Commis Chef Certification is given to candidates who completed their education, gained experience in the industry and are in the level of working in international kitchens.

Chef’s Table Culinary Arts Academy students gain the most internationally recognized professional competence certificate with WACS. They get the chance to work in all international hotels and establishments all over the world with this certificate. WACS Certified Professional Cook (Commis Chef) Program was prepared in cooperation with international education accreditation center “City & Guilds” and allows candidates to achieve their goals. All Chef’s Table Culinary Arts Academy students who fulfill the standards of WACS receive this valuable certificate.

World Association of Chefs Societies - WACS, is a global network of chefs associations first founded in 1928 in Paris and has the goal of preserving and developing global culinary standards. The organization carries on various vocational education and research projects and aims to increase the reputability of being a chef as a profession in the international arena. WACS is one of the most respected professional organizations in the world and has culinary establishments from 86 countries in its body.

AMFORHT, World Association for Hospitality and Tourism Education and Training:
AMFORHT is an organization which has a unique worldwide network and a limited number of members from the Hospitality, Catering, Tourism Industry and all kind of Educational institutions.

AMFORHT: gathers tourism and hospitality professionals, schools, institutions, universities and consultants from all over the world and cooperates and partners with them to organize international events, symposiums, seminars, conferences and forums.

The organization’s main values are providing support to all universities for the development of professional education and tourism activities in all levels and creating recognition for tourism sciences within humanities area.

AMFORHT was founded in 1969 and its headquarters is located in Paris. Its members consist culinary and tourism institutions, managers, educators, business people, organizers and industry professionals. Chef’s Table Culinary Arts Academy is a member of AMFORHT.

INTERNSHIP

After first 4 months of education, Chef’s Table students do their internships at the leading international establishments of the world and take their first step into their professional work life. Internship places are determined by Chef’s Table Culinary Arts Academy and students do their internship 6 days of the week.

WORK ABROAD OPPORTUNITIES

Chef’s Table Culinary Arts Academy alumni have the opportunity to work and do their internship in the United States after they graduate.

MANDATORY HYGIENE CERTIFICATE

Chef’s Table Culinary Arts Academy students are qualified to receive the mandatory certificate of hygiene (a must-have for everyone who works in industrial kitchens) which was prepared by Ministry of Health, Ministry of the Internal Affairs and Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock within the scope of “Hygiene Education Regulations” after they receive their training.

AFTER THE EDUCATION

After completing 8 months long professional chef program, Chef’s Table Culinary Arts Academy students reach to the level of starting their career in the world’s most prestigious hotel chains, restaurants and establishments. They also achieve the level of competence to be the chef of their own business.

Today, Chef’s Table Culinary Arts Academy alumni work in various international establishments both in Turkey and abroad and successfully continue their career paths.
