TWO MONTH PASTRY & BAKERY TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS
You will be able to explore the anatomy of a cake, reign on chocolate and will be shaping products rather than being shaped by them. You will experience the deep details of basic pastry & bakery with 2 month long Pastry & Bakery Training education.
The academy provides its practical education in its kitchens with furnace system, latest technical equipment of the world and specially designed U-shaped individual counter and it simultaneously provides theoretical education support. This 8 week long basic pastry & bakery program is provided by the academy where Turkey’s first boutique kitchen education is given with the coaching system by expert instructors under the leadership of Chef Serkan Bozkurt.
A spatula, paring knife and a cooking apron is given as a gift to students.

Program Duration
The program is given for 4 hours once a week and has options for weekdays and weekends. In total, it takes 2 months (8 weeks – once a week).
